Warranties and disclaimers

• Batteries are tested and are warranted for 15 days.
• Bikes with more than 100 miles sold as new will receive the first oil change FREE. This does not include any other services or parts.
• Free idle adjustments during first 500 miles. Most scooters and motorcycles need 1 or 2 idle adjustments during the first 100 miles.
• ATL Scooters claims ability to convey good title to assets, authority to sell and deliver assets to the buyer, and that asset(s) is free of all encumbrances.
• Buyer does hereby fully release and discharge ATL Scooters, its officers, agents and employees from any liability, buyback, loss, cost, damage, expense, injury or death arising from or in any manner connected with the receipt and use of the purchased property by the buyer or person or entity who subsequently receives the property from the buyer.

In the event of

• Wreck / collision
• Laydown
• Dropping

The determination of

• Misuse - including: Riding / carrying too much weight, Rider(s) not following proper break-in procedures
• Neglect - including: A lack or infrequency of use or improper and/or extended storage, the use of less than 93 octane fuel "Premium"
• Abuse – including: Performing self service, having service performed by others than ATL Scooters & Motorcycles, not adhering to the recommended service schedule

• If any of the above conditions occur during the warranty period, ATL Scooters & Motorcycles may void a portion or all of any implied warranty on the product(s) affected.
• Determination is at the sole discretion of ATL Scooters & ATL Motorcycles.
• ATL Scooters & Motorcycles its representatives, vendors, distributors and manufacturers will not be obligated by prior written, verbal or any other communicated or implied agreement.

Warranties are guaranteed by the distributor. ATL Scooters & Motorcycles is only acting as agent as long as an open agreement with the distributor.
